Lead - Training & Competency Development:
• To lead the training activities in Jiyoun- ensure delivery high quality, relevant and timely technical and non-technical training
• Be a trainer on behavioral non-technical topics
• Initiate & successfully implement a structured competence development process in Jiyoun
• Have a good interface with the managers and business leaders of Jiyoun to enhance the image and impact of the training function
Qualification:
MBA from a well known institute with about 6-7 years of experience as detailed below, or a Masters in Psychology / Social Sciences with corporate experience of about 6-7 years - preferably in the software hi-tech industry as detailed below
Experience:
• Identification & prioritization of latent and expressed training needs for organization growth and development Ability to understand the tech skill requirement and organize for the relevant and high quality training in a timely way - a good industry wide trainer network will be big plus
• Successful deployment of e-learning
• Good conceptual knowledge of Competence Development Frameworks
• Awareness of industry leading practices on competence development

• Lead the recruitment effort of Jiyoun - to meet the required numbers in time
• Manage vendors and other channels of sourcing for achieving about 30-40 hires a month.
• Lead Campus Recruitment efforts at premier campuses
• Interact with senior staff of Jiyoun Management to keep a good level of customer satisfaction
• Improve upon the recruitment process for higher efficiency and effectiveness
Education & Experience:
MBA from a well-known institute, with about 6-7 years of experience in the HR function, with atleast 1 year in the recruiting function (with experience as given below)
Experience:
• Should have extensive experience in leading the recruitment effort of a soft-ware organization -preferably in telecom & system software.
