Q. Do we need internet connection to use the Magic Click application? No. you don’t need the internet connection.

Q. What all Mobile handsets does it support? Magic click support all Sony Ericsson handsets and some of the Samsung and Motorola handsets.

Q. What all business applications are available on Magic Click.? Refer the product details.

Q. I am not a business man; can I use your Magic Click application? Sure, you can download the free personal user edition evaluation copy of Magic Click.

Q. What could be the non-business uses of Magic Click?

You can use it to broad cast the Party Invitations to all you friends. You can set the reminders to send birthday/anniversary wishes automatically to your relatives and friends. You can set important personal reminders. Magic Click will inform you for those events through SMS.

Q. I am not a frequent computer user. Can I get the training on Magic Click.?

Yes. You can attend the free training classes on Magic Click after acquiring the license.

Q. I don’t store the phone numbers in my database but I want to broadcast some information to those numbers in a single click?

Magic Click gives Quick SMS feature. It is available on its GUI. You can just type all the phone numbers separated by commas, Write your message and send it to all numbers in a single click.

Q. Can I send messages to CDMA or BSNL phone users also? Yes, you can send messages to any mobile operator.

Q. I want to increase the SMS sending rate. Can I connect more than one phone with Magic Click application?

Yes, you can connect more than one phone with Magic Click application to avail the higher sending rate.

Q. I want to send each day’s reminders just at the starting of the day. I mean in the morning itself.

You can do so by just clicking (Send Reminders on connect) option in connect dialog box, When ever you connect your phone with your PC.

Q. I have a database server that could be updated by many people through internet. I want to share this data to a large group using SMS service. Is this Magic Click a perfect solution for me? Correct. You can configure the Magic Click for such needs. It’s a direct solution for your problem.

Q. I have dictionary database. I want to publish this dictionary on SMS network. Can I do so through Magic Click application?

Yes, you can publish your dictionary to SMS network. If anybody sends a word to you through SMS. Your Magic Click application will respond to him by the detailed meaning of that word. Even if the user sends wrong spelling of that word, The Nearest word will be picked up and the meaning of that word will be delivered to the user. You can provide this service for any kind of dictionary in any language.

Q. I want to do some SMS based survey by asking the SMS on my handset and creating a database. Can I use your Magic Click application?

Yes, you can use Magic Click application for SMS server. It’s a direct solution of your problem.

Q. Do we need static IP Address to use the Mobile Eye?

No, you don’t need a static IP address, Rather you should have an actual IP address that you can get through DHCP server also.

Q. Can we use any other server for Mobile Eye ?

Yes, you can create a login through www.jiyoun.com and can get the Mobile Eye service through Jiyoun server. But you have to download the Mobile Eye client on your PC. This Mobile Eye client will capture the images through webcam and will upload the encoded image stream to Jiyoun server.

Q. What all Mobiles support this Mobile Eye application?

All WAP enabled mobiles can be used for this purpose. You can use any network (GPRS/CDMA).

Q. What all image sizes are supported by Mobile Eye application?

Currently it is tested for 96x65, 128x128 and 176x192 image pixels.

Q. What all image Formats are supported by Mobile Eye application?

Currently it is supporting JPEG, BMP and WBMP formats. We are planning to support PNG format as well.

Q. I don’t have color screen mobile. But my phone supports WAP browser functionalities. Can I use Mobile Eye application?

Yes, you can view black and white images on your screen through Mobile Eye application.

Q. Can I access sound also, through mobile eye application?

You can’t access sound through mobile eye. But there are provisions. If you combine the Magic Click and Mobile Eye applications then you can as well as hear the sound also on your handset. For detail info contact at tech@jiyoun.com

Q. Can I decrease the refreshing time between two images?

You can change the refreshing time. If you want to increase the refreshing rate further then you can get it by decreasing the quality level of your image.
